In this Edition #46, Descobertas Groover brings together independent artists from different countries in a curated selection that crosses modern metal, indie rock, hard rock, country rock, and alternative pop. The program builds a journey that moves from direct confrontation to personal reinvention, touching on themes such as toxic relationships, social critique, farewells, autonomy, and inner strength.

The selection opens at high intensity with Kelly Murphy feat. Josh Paulino – Like a Parasite, a heavy yet melodic metal track about recognizing toxic behavior and breaking destructive cycles. Next, ANNIE – (Bang, Bang) Down You Go transforms war and manipulation into a tense, uncompromising song. The atmosphere remains charged with Beth Gladen & The Electric Revolution – Subdued Madness, an alt-rock track that translates collective exhaustion and anxiety.

The program then moves into more introspective territory with Andy Jans-Brown – Airport Departure Lounge, a cinematic indie rock piece about farewells and transitions. Energy returns with AR DEGARD – I Ain’t Yours to Please, an arena-ready country rock song about reclaiming dignity, and deepens with Desu Taem – Stone That Is Me, a dense and existential take on alternative rock.

In the final stretch, Descobertas Groover leans into expansion and reinvention. Revolution Mary – Gold delivers confident, affirmative indie-pop; Jeff Vidov – Freedom Is So Divine presents a cinematic orchestral ballad; Love Ghost – Rock Me Amadeus revisits a classic through an industrial lens; and Helium Moth – One Good Deed closes the show with raw, explosive hard rock.
